Temple Grandin autism HBO film

I’m so thick sometimes. I don’t watch TV, so I was oblivious to the fact that HBO premiered a film about Temple Grandin this month (see previously: The woman who thinks like a cow).

Here’s the short trailer:

And Claire Danes talking about the film on The Colbert Report, with a film clip at the start:

This really makes me wish we had tv. I am usually fine with out it. Maybe I will be able to find it somewhere on the internet.

Makes me wish I had HBO…I used to work with autistic children, and read a lot of Temple Grandin’s stuff. I’d love to see this. I’m hoping they’ll release it on DVD and I can get it through Netflix.

Awesome movie – I heard about it on Minnesota Public Radio when they did an interview with Temple Grandin a couple weeks ago.
