Winner: Scholastic Storybook Treasures

Ohhh, so sorry. Am I supposed to write a “Thanks for playing, I appreciate your reading Thingamababy and please try again next time” message?  Well, all of that’s true, and I enjoyed reading about your favorite books, but you still didn’t win.

The winner is Heather M. from Stratford, Prince Edward Island in Canada. For those of us who are victims of the American education system, FYI, Prince Edward Island is a full-fledged province, like real and stuff. Heather is the first Thinga-winner to hail from an island, but before you ask, she has no plans to name any of her children Skipper or Lil’ Buddy, so lower your eyebrows and close your mouth, and return to your mundane life now.

Prince Edward Island – known worldwide as the fictional home of Anne of Green Gables. Even amongst fellow Canadians we may not be considered “real”.
