In photos: What I did last week
I made a Halloween mask two months early…

I finally unwrapped that third place prize from the UFO contest…

I played with toilet paper tubes…

I trapped myself in Charmin handcuffs!

I went to kindergarten for the first time…

I scored six goals before half-time on my soccer team, the Alien Brain Crunchers. My parents say we don’t count goals, but I do…

I got moved to my team’s other game because they needed the help…

I brought my team over to hunt for the tree frog my dad caught in the grass and released. The moms thought it was cute because our team is actually called the Tree Frogs. I like my dad’s name better.

I maxed out in my Pop-a-Tot with two water bottles…

I ate some yogurt…

I got confused. Sometimes my family laughs for no reason.

Great photos!
Those last 2 need to be framed side by side.

I love the review in photos. I plan on doing something like this to add to our Christmas cards this year.

How adorable. How old was your daughter when she started soccer. I was thinking of getting my son into something but he is still 3 (will be 4 in December). Anyway, thanks for sharing. All the pictures are adorable.
Despite the rebellion, I’m sure you’re proud of your daughter for being herself and choosing what she wants – despite daddy’s opinions about the shirt. ^_^

Thank you.
Mary, she was 4 when she started soccer. It’s a league requirement. Kids under 6 are grouped together, and rather poorly I might add. Last year we were a mostly 4-year-old team and played quite a few almost-6-year-olds. My daughter didn’t care though.

I love seeing funny pictures of real kids with snarky comments added by a loving parent. We have a similar series of yogurt-eating pictures of my youngest. :)

We have a little yogurt lover in our house too.
Cute pics!

That is a truly terrifying monster mask. Kudos. We make a lot of impromptu masks chez moi as my four year-old is a lover of all things spooky. I always find. though, that there is nothing suitable to use as a strap. Elastic would do the trick but who’s got that lying around? And dental floss — let me tell you – does not work well.
