I was certified (infant, child and adult) a couple years ago, and I'm terrified of having to use it, because even just a couple months after, I was having a lot of trouble remembering. I would love an affordable, accessable refresher like this. But I agree, it doesn't sound like a good idea for an initial learning experience.

Maybe it's more designed as a refresher course? I seem to remember that certification is only good for a year or two at a time. This wouldn't re-certify anyone, but it would be a better refresher than letting years go by with no practice or anything.

Even if a large number of people are taking care of an infant, I think CPR is something where near enough isn't good enough. I wouldn't want someone who sort of knew how to do CPR resuscitating an infant any more than I would someone who had no idea at all. Can't really think of a situation where this would be useful.
