Winners #23 and #24
Jeffrey says of raising kids in his hometown, "Bloomington has a small town feel with big culture in a great location. We feel safe and secure here, and when we’re out we bump into people we know. Yet with the university, we can expose our son to religion, culture, food, sports, and academics. We’re also within a daytrip of Indy, Louisville, and some excellent forest land."
Kevin T. from Saint Paul, Minnesota takes home "I Count to Ten" and Other Very Helpful Songs by David Tobocman (read the review). Warning: Do not listen to this CD and then watch The Muppet Movie or your head may explode (I mean "explode" in a good way).
Kevin says, "The diversity of the community in Saint Paul makes this a great place
to raise kids. All the different foods, arts and value systems from
the different cultures in the area provide endless opportunities for
fun, learning, and enrichment."
These two winners were randomly selected from comments
posted anywhere on Thingamababy between May 24 and May 30 in the Thinga-Appreciation Giveaway #5 and #6.
These contests have concluded. New ones will be announced this week. Thanks everyone for participating on Thingamababy!
