I don't know...this looks cool, but the whole concept makes me pretty uncomfortable. Balloons and magnets are pretty much the worst things to have around toddlers because they are such real dangers when they are swallowed. And yet, I can't see anyone much older than a toddler getting excited about this except as a pretty party decoration to pull out once or twice a year. Depending on the price, maybe that's the intended goal.

This looks like it would make a really cool party decoration. Not a kids party, but an adult party. You know, those company holiday dinners that are coming up, maybe even at prom/homecoming/winterformal for highschools. I would use it for those kinds of events.

We are pretty ridiculous when it comes to balloons. We have Z convinced that store balloons are required to stay at the store for other kids to use after her and that she's just "borrowing it" while we're in the store. Has worked so far, but like most of our parenting strategies, certain to make her an angry teen.

I love the idea of this mobile but it sure looks like it'd crowd a room.

wow. That would drive my 2.5 year old absolutely insane. She screams in Sears when she can't have a balloon, despite the fact that once she gets it she doesn't care.
