I think what helped for us was waiting until this point, and not overplaying it. We talked it up, as we do, explained that the dentist gets rid of the tooth monsters, and that she'd get a toy and a new toothbrush.</p> <p>Bribery works in our house. :) good luck with C.</p> <p>The postcard WILL be leaving in the mail tomorrow morning, since I finally found the bloody thing.
