Make a 63-day nativity calendar. That would kick off the Christmas season on October 24th. Give your daughter a Hershey’s Kiss each day until Halloween, then use her trick-or-treating candy to fuel the calendar through Christmas.

Oh, that’s easy. All of your relatives spend Christmas at your house and you hold an all-day ping pong tournament. The balls inside the pole are used to denote who won each game. Chances are one or two people will stand out among the crowd and counting their wins will be easy. It sure beats playing ping pong on Wii.
