		<description>&lt;p&gt;I checked out all these and Snappybaby.com seems to give you the most bang for the buck. Plus, your phone number shows up on caller ID, so your friends might actually pick up. BTW - storkcalls.com is a dead link&lt;/p&gt;

automated announcement sites. There were several others I found -&lt;br /&gt;
SnappyBaby, StorkCalls &amp; NotifyQuick. I ended up using SnappyBaby.com&lt;br /&gt;
because I could send so many more announcements for the money. It also&lt;br /&gt;
seemed a lot easier to set up than the others. I also got my announcement&lt;br /&gt;
on CD as a keepsake. Just thought I&#039;d pass this along.&lt;/p&gt;

People seem to come from either extremes when it comes to birth announcements. FOr both of our boys we made calls immidiatly after to family and close friends. We let the word spread from there. A week or so later we got out our announcements with pictures and all the stats. They were a hit, but most people already knew anyway.&lt;/p&gt;
