		<description>&lt;p&gt;I believe it. My first born we responded to almost immediately, and she&#039;s not a big suck. My second born was left to self soothe a LOT more, due to a few reasons. Now, she cries at EVERYTHING. I&#039;m hoping that once she really starts talking, it will stop, but in the meantime, I use it as a great illustration that you really cannot spoil a baby.&lt;/p&gt;
