Totline Motivational Posters

It’s a shame I didn’t discover Totline motivational posters for toddlers while I was in college. Quite a few of these "reminder" messages would have served well around the dorm, especially anything having to do with personal hygiene.

Poster showing a child flushing a toilet, with the words: I flush the toilet.Today, as a dad, there’s a certain somber reality to them. Still, must they look like Despair, Inc. demotivational posters?

Perhaps most depressing is that these classroom posters sell for $1.75 each, or $14.50 for a batch of nine. It’s a sure sign that our teachers are desperately underpaid when the marketplace abandons any semblance of greed.

The posters:

  1. I stay safe.
  2. I take turns.
  3. I listen quietly.
  4. I make friends.
  5. I sit when I eat.
  6. I wipe my nose.
  7. I flush the toilet.
  8. I brush my teeth.
  9. I pick up my toys.
  10. I wash my hands.
  11. I wipe up my spills.
  12. I cover my coughs.
  13. I share with others.
  14. I put my things away.
  15. I am quiet at nap time.
  16. I keep my hands to myself.
  17. I say please and thank you.
  18. I use words when I am angry.
