Look for cloth diapers, cloth wipes, and lots of great natural baby products at this site. The WAHM owner is great to work with!

We use cloth pocket diapers. I absolutely love them and wouldn't do anything else. Ditto all that is said above. For wipes, we use a wet baby wash cloth. Nothing special. We started out with a box of disposable wipes (someone gave them as a gift) but found that even traveling around town we are usually near a sink and can wet a wash cloth if needed. This may be a bit crude for many but we use a plastic kitty litter bucket with hinged lid for a diaper pail. I'd say it's a 5 gal bucket. We dump poop in the toilet (in the early days we used a sprayer to prerinse poopy diapers)and then toss the poopy diapers into the pail. When it's half full to full, we do a poopy load. Just wet diapers go straight into the laundry with other clothes--we wash a load or more a day it seems so they aren't hanging around for long. Our 5 gal bucket kitty litter pail travels easily too!

If you haven't tried them, I highly recommend cloth wipes! You're washing the diapers, anyway, and cloth wipes clean better than sposie wipes. We happen to use sposie wipes on outings and I really find myself despising them! They just don't get the job done as well.
